The JF-C series fin stamping production line is specialized production equipment for fin manufacturing in the refrigeration industry.
Main components: It consists of an aluminum foil uncoiling device, an aluminum foil lubrication device, a high-speed precision press, a material pulling mechanism, a single/double skipping device, a fin collection device, a waste material collection device, an electrical system, a pneumatic system, and other parts.
The main machine's slider adopts an eight-sided guide rail hydrostatic guiding structure, and the crankshaft bearing is driven by high-precision cylindrical roller bearings.
The main machine is equipped with a hydraulic overload protection device and an electric die height adjustment device.
PLC electrical centralized control system.
Thin oil automatic circulation lubrication system with an oil circuit alarm function.
