High-precision manufacturing
As we all know, the gap between the heat exchanger fin holes and tubes is minimal, which puts higher demands on the bending angle and verticality of the hairpin tubes. Otherwise, the tubes cannot be smoothly inserted into the fin holes. Therefore, CHANGHENG’s bending machine uses a servo motor to drive the bending tool, and the bending angle can be freely set, and the angle error will not exceed 0.1%.
Flexible adaptation
The bending device is modularly designed, so the machine can support a pipe diameter range of φ5-φ20mm, and the supported tube wall thickness is 0.2-0.8mm. This size range almost covers all metal tubes in the heat exchanger industry.
