Servo Feeding Device
2.1 The servo feeding device is mainly composed of a machine body, servo motor, ball screw, linear guide rail, cylinder feeding clamp, cylinder discharging clamp, etc.
2.2 The machine body adopts integral welding and integral machining, featuring high rigidity and precision.
2.3 The ball screw controlled by the servo motor drives the cylinder feeding and discharging clamps to compress the workpiece and feed it forward.

Cylinder Lifting Material Supporting Device
3.1 The cylinder lifting material supporting device is mainly composed of a lifter, lifting cylinder, limit guide post, follow-up material supporting plate, reset cylinder, etc.
3.2 The lifting cylinder drives the lifting platform up and down, and adapts to workpieces of different layers by replacing the limit pieces on the limit guide posts.
3.3 The follow-up material supporting plate moves forward synchronously with the workpiece during bending, and the reset cylinder resets the follow-up material supporting plate after bending.

Servo Bending Device
4.1 The servo bending device is mainly composed of a servo motor, precision reducer, bending gearbox, bending die, material clamping bracket, material clamping cylinder, linear guide rail, locking claw, locking cylinder, etc.
4.2 The combination of a high-power servo motor and precision reducer drives the bending die to perform bending, enabling simple bending angle control, stable operation, and high precision.
4.3 Both ends of the workpiece are jointly locked by the material clamping bracket and locking claw to prevent workpiece slipping, improving the stability of pipe bending quality.

Cylinder Positioning Device
5.1 The cylinder positioning device is mainly composed of a positioning plate, vertical movement cylinder and guide post, horizontal movement cylinder and guide post, etc.
5.2 The cylinder positioning device plays a positioning role during feeding.
