Bending Unit
2.1 The bending die, clamping die, and supporting die are made of alloy steel, precision-machined by CNC equipment after integral quenching, featuring high wear resistance and precision.
2.2 Equipped with a follow-up function for the bending supporting die, which enhances the stability of pipe bending quality.
2.3 The clamping die and supporting die adopt a dead-center self-locking quick clamping mechanism.
2.4 The sliding parts use wide linear guide rails.

Mandrel Unloading Device
3.1 Utilizes an air cylinder for mandrel retraction and is equipped with an unloading function.
