Composition Overview

The semi-automatic long U-bending machine consists of a material guide frame, bending device, unloading device, mandrel device, electrical system, and hydraulic system. The operation cycle is as follows: manual feeding of cut-to-length straight pipes into position → pipe clamping → oil mist lubrication and bending → mandrel withdrawal → pipe clamp release → unloading → unloading reset (with simultaneous manual material retrieval) → bending reset.

Material Guide Frame Device
2.1 The material guide frame is used when the pipe bending length is ≥ 800mm.
2.2 The material guide frame features pinhole positioning for easy installation without adjustment.
2.3 The material guide frame is telescopically adjustable to accommodate pipes of different sizes.

Bending Device
3.1 Driven by a servo motor matched with a high-torque reducer, the transmission structure realizes the bending operation.
3.2 Equipped with oil mist lubrication for bending dies during operation, which extends the service life of the bending dies and improves the bending quality.
3.3 The bending die adopts a split structure, allowing individual adjustment for each pipe with strong operability.
3.4 The supporting die and clamping die are controlled by oil cylinders.
3.5 The bending die, clamping die, and supporting die are made of alloy steel, precision-machined by CNC equipment after integral quenching, featuring wear resistance and high precision.

Unloading Device
4.1 The unloading operation of workpieces is realized by a servo-controlled stripping pipe.
4.2 Simple structure with convenient process control.

Mandrel Device
5.1 Mandrel withdrawal is controlled by an oil cylinder.
5.2 The mandrel rod support plate adopts a buckle connection, which automatically separates during sliding.
5.3 The length of each mandrel rod is adjustable.

Electrical System
6.1 The electrical cabinet is built-in, and the operation box is a wall-mounted type.
6.2 The machine adopts integrated control of PLC, human-machine interface (HMI), and related electrical components, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.

Hydraulic System
7.1 Independent hydraulic station.
7.2 Hydraulic working pressure: 7MPa (±10%).
