Product Features
- The JF-B Series Open C-Type Fin Press Line is specially developed to meet production requirements for air conditioner fins.
- Main components include: aluminium foil unwinding unit, aluminium foil lubrication unit, high-speed precision press, pulling mechanism, single & double skipping device, fin stacking unit, scrap collecting unit, electrical system, pneumatic system, etc.
- The main machine slide adopts an eight-sided copper guide rail with hydrostatic guide structure; the crankshaft runs on copper bearings. The main press is fitted with hydraulic overload protection and modular high stroke electric adjustment device. The line adopts PLC-based centralized electrical control system.
- Custom production lines of special specifications are available upon customer request.
