Description

Air Conditioner Fin Molds

Core Features

This series of air conditioner fin molds is specifically developed for the production of heat exchanger fins, which are key components of various cooling and heat exchange equipment. It is widely applicable to residential air conditioners, central air conditioning systems, dehumidifiers, and other related heat exchange devices, meeting the production needs of different types of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in both household and industrial scenarios.

It boasts strong compatibility with aluminum foils of various specifications and thicknesses available in both domestic and international markets, ensuring flexible adaptation to different production requirements. Specifically, when processing aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.095mm, the flanging height of the 9.52mm specification mold can reach 3.0mm, while the 7mm specification mold can achieve a flanging height of 2.2mm, which effectively guarantees the tightness and heat exchange efficiency of the fins after assembly.

The mold adopts high-quality steel materials imported from Japan and Sweden, which have excellent hardness and wear resistance, laying a solid foundation for the mold's long service life. The cutting edges are made of ASP30 or HAP40 high-performance alloy steel, ensuring sharpness and durability even under long-term high-speed stamping. All standard components, including guide pillars, guide bushes, springs, and screws, are genuine MISUMI products from Japan, ensuring stable performance and excellent interchangeability. The stamping speed can reach 250-330 strokes per minute, greatly improving production efficiency. In addition, the mold structure is designed to be user-friendly, making daily maintenance and part replacement convenient and time-saving.

Stamping Process

Workflow: Drawing → Punching & Drawing → Forming → Flanging → Edge Trimming → Longitudinal Cutting → Feeding → Transverse Cutting. Each process is closely connected, forming a complete and efficient production line to ensure the precision and consistency of the finished fins.

Drawing: The drawing height of the mold can be flexibly adjusted through imported Japanese MISUMI adjusters, and each drawing step is independently adjustable, which can accurately meet the forming requirements of different fin specifications. Punching & Drawing: This station adopts an independent guide pillar and guide bushing structure, which not only ensures the precision of punching and drawing but also prolongs the service life of the mold. A special sealing device is installed on the upper template to prevent air leakage, avoid affecting the smooth discharge of scrap, and ensure the stability of the stamping process.

A replaceable base plate is installed on the lower punching die, which can effectively protect the main lower template from indentation damage caused by long-term high-speed stamping. The scrap discharge holes on the lower template are designed without chamfers, ensuring smooth scrap removal and preventing scrap accumulation from affecting production efficiency. At the same time, the dimensional tolerance and concentricity of the punching punches and dies are strictly controlled within 0.002mm, ensuring the high precision of the formed holes and the excellent interchangeability of parts.

All punching punches are equipped with horizontal and vertical air vents, which play a good role in lubrication and cleaning during the stamping process. The mold is also equipped with an automatic oil mist lubrication device to realize forced scrap discharge, reduce friction between the mold and the material, and further extend the service life of the mold. The flanging height of the fin can be arbitrarily adjusted through the MISUMI adjusters on the mold, adapting to different assembly needs. The edge trimming station adopts an independent structure with an anti-scrap bouncing design, which can avoid scrap re-entry and mold damage, and ensure the stability of the production process.

For longitudinal cutting, the upper blade adopts a quick-change pull rod structure, which can quickly adjust the number of fin rows without complex disassembly and assembly, improving production efficiency. For corrugated fin cutting, the company's original anti-deformation technology is adopted to prevent the fins from warping after cutting, ensuring the flatness of the fins. The feeding mechanism adopts a traction-type design, and the feeding grippers are made of SKD11 high-hardness material, which is wear-resistant and durable. Oil-free self-lubricating copper sleeves are installed between the grippers and the fixing plate to avoid positioning inaccuracies caused by long-term traction movement, ensuring stable high-speed production.

The transverse cutting process is controlled by a cylinder, solenoid valve and electrical control circuit, which is stable and reliable. The transverse cutting part adopts an oil-free lubrication method, which reduces maintenance costs and environmental pollution. An independent adjusting mechanism is set for each row at the front of the transverse cutting station, which can flexibly adjust the bending degree of the fins, making it more suitable for the subsequent air suction and receiving system. The transverse cutting can realize half-pitch movement, with front and rear fine-tuning devices, ensuring no hole collision during cutting and making the finished fins flatter, which is conducive to subsequent assembly processes.
