The servo straightening and cutting machine consists of a coil feeding device, straightening device, feeding device, cutting device (including pulling-off function), receiving device, electrical system, and pneumatic system. The automatic cycle process is: coil feeding → rounding and straightening → fixed-length cutting → pulling-off → reset.

Coil Feeding Device
2.1 The external core-pulling electric material rack drives the coil to feed through a motor with a reducer, and travel switches control the stop and feeding actions.

2.2 The external core-pulling non-driven material rack relies on the power of the feeding device to drive the coil for feeding and stopping, suitable for pipes with large diameter and thick wall. (Optional)
2.3 The internal core-pulling material rack is powered by the feeding device to drive the coil for feeding and stopping. The coil is directly placed horizontally on the ground and can be stacked in multiple layers, featuring a simple and durable structure, suitable for pipes with small diameter. (Optional)

Straightening Device
3.1 Equipped with horizontal and vertical straightening functions as well as rounding function.
3.2 Multiple straightening rollers ensure excellent straightening effect.
3.3 For each pipe, there is 1 set of 2 rounding rollers in the horizontal direction and 2 sets of 6 straightening rollers.
3.4 For each pipe, there are 2 sets of 6 straightening rollers in the vertical direction.

Feeding Device
4.1 The ball screw controlled by a servo motor drives the air cylinder-clamped pipe to feed forward.
4.2 Servo motor control enables accurate positioning and high dimensional precision.
4.3 All clamping dies are made of alloy steel, subjected to integral quenching and precision machining by CNC equipment, featuring wear resistance and high precision.

Cutting Device (Including Pulling-Off Function)
5.1 Cutting method: external hob chipless cutting.
5.2 Adopts a triangular arrangement of external hob plus two supporting rollers.
5.3 External hob size: Φ25.
5.4 Both ends of the guide sleeve in the cutting head are positioned by bearings.
5.5 Equipped with pulling-off function to reduce the necking rate.
5.6 Equipped with oil mist lubrication function for the hob, which can extend the service life of the hob.

Receiving Device
6.1 The function of the receiving device is that after each cutting, the flipping plate acts to guide the fixed-length cut pipe into the hopper.
6.2 The flipping plate is automatically controlled by two air cylinders.

Electrical System
7.1 The electrical box is built-in, and the operation box is a wall-mounted type.
7.2 The machine adopts integrated control of PLC, human-machine interface (HMI), servo motor and related electrical components, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.

Pneumatic System
8.1 Equipped with an air storage tank and an oil storage tank.
8.2 Compressed air pressure required: 0.6MPa (±10%).
8.3 Compressed air consumption: 0.4 cubic meters per minute.
