Vertical tube expanders use hydraulic transmission to insert an expansion rod and head into the tube, causing plastic deformation and achieving a tight connection between the tube and the tube sheet (or fins). They are commonly used in the processing of equipment such as heat exchangers.
Our vertical tube expander uses hydraulic control, is equipped with a PLC electrical system, has a power of 11kW, and is suitable for copper tube processing. We support customized expansion lengths and numbers of tubes.
