This equipment mainly consists of an active wire feeding frame, a straightening mechanism, a pneumatic clutch wire feeding mechanism, a core rotating mechanism, a camshaft mechanism, a lifting and winding mechanism, a floating center device, a pneumatic grooving mechanism, a lead-wire wheel device, a slider lever mechanism, a pneumatic system, a lubrication system, and an electrical system.
1. Active Wire Feeding Frame: The wire feeding frame is an active wire feeder. The control principle is that a DC motor is directly controlled by a KLC DC controller. Upper and lower limit sensors are installed on the support frame. During operation, the diamond-shaped wire pulls the swing arm, contacting the sensors. The electrical control signal is transmitted through a relay to the DC controller input port to control the motor's start and stop. The matching of the wire feeding speed with the main machine speed can be adjusted via the speed control knob on the panel.
2. Pneumatic Clutch Wire Feeding Mechanism: The pneumatic clutch wire feeding mechanism only feeds the bent front end of the threaded sleeve. When winding the threaded sleeve, the winding power comes from the winding motor. At this time, the cylinder of the pneumatic clutch wire feeding mechanism retracts, causing the wire feeding wheel to release the diamond-shaped wire, freeing the wire and stopping the wire feeding. After the wire thread insert is wound, the cylinder of the pneumatic clutch wire feeding mechanism advances, pressing the wire feeding wheel against the diamond-shaped wire. This allows the wire thread insert tail shank to retract to the guide nozzle when the wire feeding motor rotates, enabling the cutting blade to cut the wire.
3. Rotation Mechanism: A 0.75kW AC servo motor drives the rotation of the guide nozzle via gear transmission, enabling the winding of left-hand and right-hand threaded inserts.
4. Cam Mechanism: A 2.5kW AC motor drives eight axles via gear transmission. Each axle has three different cam plates. Adjusting the cam plate position allows the rocker arm to sequentially drive eight sliders, which in turn drive the various tools mounted on the sliders to perform different functions.
5. Lifting and Winding Mechanism: A 0.4kW AC servo motor drives the winding device up and down via a ball screw. To ensure accurate movement, the winding device is driven by a 0.4kW AC servo motor to rotate the winding spindle. The winding spindle is equipped with a winding sleeve core. For easy replacement of the core, a spring collet on the milling machine is used to clamp the winding core, ensuring the coaxiality of the core and the spindle, thereby guaranteeing winding quality.
6. Pneumatic grooving mechanism: The pneumatic grinding machine drives the grooving blade to rotate, forming a 90° V-shaped fracture groove on the wire sleeve.
