1. Operators must undergo safety operation training for the pipe bending machine, be familiar with its structure, performance, principles, daily maintenance, and programming, and pass the examination before operating the machine.
2. Inspect the surrounding area of the work site, removing all debris that obstructs work and traffic. The ground must be free of oil stains to prevent slipping. Workpieces must be stacked neatly and securely to prevent collapse and injury.
3. Check that the safety devices on the pipe bending machine are intact. Do not start the machine if they are not properly installed. The medium-frequency pipe bending machine should have good grounding and electrical insulation, and the voltage should be stable.
4. Start the oil pump and check if the system pressure remains within the specified range. High pressure will damage hydraulic components and waste power; low pressure will affect operation.
5. Adjust the required position and angle of the parts.
6. Adjust the vertical lifting guide rail so that the guide die clamping cylinder can clamp the iron pipe tightly.
7. For normal operation, place the workpiece into the bending die, ensuring the front end contacts the positioning point, and then press the foot switch to complete the operation.
8. During the no-load test run, check whether the mechanical operation is normal and whether the electrical switches are sensitive and functional. Only proceed with work after confirming everything is normal.
9. Before operation, first check whether all lubrication points are lacking oil, whether moving parts are loose, and whether safety guards are reliable. Operation is only permitted after confirmation.
10. When two people are working simultaneously, they must cooperate closely and coordinate effectively. A designated person should operate the switches. Do not talk or laugh while operating the equipment to prevent accidental operation.
